Participation in interschool moot court and lawyering skills competitions with an international and/or comparative law focus. Enrollment is limited to students actually representing the school in the Jessup Moot Court Competition or other similar international competition. Participation will count towards the International and Comparative Law Concentration. Competition must be authorized by the appropriate faculty advisor. The faculty advisor may condition the award of academic credit for any particular competition on the performance of such additional work as may be reasonable to justify the credit.
Prerequisite: Permission of the faculty advisor.
