The main reason I decided to do an LLM in Business Law is because the subjects I'm studying right now—I didn't know that much about them when I was studying law back home, like antitrust and copyright. We just read about them a little bit, but now we get a chance to study them in detail.

I do consider Davis to be a top law school, and with regard to the things I get to learn here—like every day, there are some other seminars happening during the lunch hours and the other sessions. Even now, I am going to a seminar by a Stanford professor. That way, it keeps us updated with other things happening in the legal world.

The things that set Davis apart from the other schools I looked at have to be, firstly, the ranking and then the funding they offered me, and the fact that they decided to treat all the LLM students on the same level as the JD students.

To people who are deciding where to pursue an LLM, all I can say is that, in my personal opinion, they should because the opportunity you get—coming into a very good law school and studying here with the other students—is really big. I'm extremely happy here.
