Appellate Advocacy students meet state Supreme Court justices

On Nov. 6, Sacramento Superior Court Judge Shama Mesiwala ’98, a visiting lecturer at UC Davis School of Law, took her Appellate Advocacy students to meet the Chief Justice of California, Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye ’84, and Justices Carol Corrigan and Joshua Groban at the Women Lawyers of Sacramento 2019 California Supreme Court Reception.

Before the reception, Judge Mesiwala and the students observed as the Supreme Court heard oral arguments.
