Immigration Clinic Wins Again!

Erin Hernandez '08 and the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic obtained cancellation of removal for a Nicaragua national who had been in detention for six months.  Hernandez prepared the case and conducted the hearing in immigration court, including a compelling closing argument.  The Immigration Judge granted relief, which means that the client will not be deported.  Congratulations to Ms. Hernandez and the Immigration Law Clinic!
