Russell Jura ’74 Pledges $100,000 Toward Scholarship

Russell D. Jura ‘74 has given $100,000 to support the already endowed Russell D. Jura Scholarship. Established in 2004, the scholarship provides general support to students to assist with the payment of tuition and fees.

In 2019, Jura established a  $1.25 million planned gift to UC Davis to fund the scholarship.   

Jura served as senior vice president and general counsel for the Yamaha Motor Corporation USA. A double Aggie, he received a B.S. degree from UC Davis in 1970 before attending UC Davis School of Law.
