Annual Hopkins Reception at the Gorman Museum of Native American Art

The UC Davis Law Review held its annual Hopkins Reception celebrating the graduating members and celebrating the new leaders. It was a warm evening at the new and elegant Gorman Museum of Native American Art.

The students were dressed like lawyers and we had many alumni visitors. Dedicated Law Review alum Floyd Shimomura ’73 was there. Errol Dauis '11, a former editor in chief, was in attendance as well. I had a chance to talk with staff member Sue Jones, the bedrock of our Law Review. Many faculty members were also there, including Carlton Larson, Courtney Joslin, and Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour

Great law schools have great law reviews and UC Davis Law sure does, too!
