BLSA and La Raza Welcome Barbecue

Last Saturday, the La Raza Law Students Association and Black Law Students Association held a welcome barbecue in the King Hall courtyard.  It was a warm and festive Saturday afternoon, with an eager and enthusiastic group of students.  Besides catching up with returning students and meeting new 1Ls, I had the opportunity of welcoming the group to the new school year. 

The two student organizations really are the moral compasses of UC Davis School of Law.

Professors Clay Tanaka and Robert Miller were in attendance, along with Joe Schneider and Alexis Elston of the Admissions Office.  

We are off to a wonderful 2018/19.
