Honoring Our Veterans

This year’s Veterans Day, observed today on campus, arrives amid increased divisiveness in our nation and devastating warfare in our world. As we all hope for peaceful solutions, we also join in honoring the veterans in our King Hall community who bravely served their country as asked.

UC Davis School of Law has educated many Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) members as well as veterans who have transitioned from the military to civilian legal careers. Several current King Hall students come from military backgrounds. We thank the UC Davis Veterans Success Center for providing services to our students.

Thank you, King Hall veterans and active service members for your dedication and bravery. We commend you for your service, and for your commitment to the UC Davis Law principle of equal justice for all.
