Professor Joslin Presents at Aoki Center Event

There is always an intellectually stimulating event at UC Davis School of Law. This week, the Aoki Center for Critical Race and Nation Studies continued its paper workshop series with Professor Courtney Joslin discussing a fascinating paper on parenting and family law. The paper, which is a piece of empirical scholarship based on court records, will be published in the NYU Law Review. It is coauthored with Yale Law School Professor Douglas NeJaime.
