Professor Keitner Presents CILC Lecture

The UC Davis School of Law had the privilege of hearing Professor Chimène Keitner discuss Russian atrocities in the war in Ukraine. The lecture was sponsored by the California International Law Center, directed by Senior Associate Dean Afra Afsharipour and Associate Dean for International Programs Beth Greenwood. King Hall alum -- and recent Alum of the Month -- Steve Boutin '72 came to the lecture. Dean Greenwood introduced Professor Keitner, who joined our faculty this year after many years at UC School of Law in San Francisco. 

Professor Keitner offered a clear explanation of the war and its development and various international law issues. 

There was a full house in attendance, including Dean Afsharipour, Dean Greenwood, and Professor Bill Dodge.
