This form is required to reserve space at UC Davis School of Law (King Hall).  Please fill out the form below and a member of our events and/or facilities teams will be in contact with you.  Selection of certain form options will bring up additional questions.  Please contact events@law.ucdavis.edu with any questions.

Request Type
I am requesting a room for an event (event will have food, guests or need Facilities/IT assistance).
I only request to reserve a room and will not be holding an event, serving food, inviting guests or needing Facilities/IT assistance. (eg. departments or student organizations needing rooms for small meetings).
I am requesting to reserve a study room. I understand I may reserve one for up to 2 hours. I understand I must have more than one student in the room (names of students should be placed in the comments) unless I am using it for a job interview.
I am requesting to host a table at one of the law school's tabling locations.

Services

Will you serve food?
You are responsible for disposing of all trash/recycled items after the event (typically to the large trash bins outside the law school near Peet's).  Would your organization rather request custodial service for this and pay the cost of service? (approximately $100)
Will you need tables?

Will you need a check-in table and/or catering tables (we have 6-foot long foldable tables)?

Where do you need tables setup?
Will you need additional tables for seating and/or vendor recommendations?

If you need tables for extra seating (e.g. banquet or round tables) or linens, napkins, etc., these will need to be acquired from one of our recommended vendors. *If yes, we will follow up with you with more information.

Will you need audio/visual equipment and IT support?

Anything that requires microphones, speakers, podium, powerpoint/slides will require Law IT services.

Policies

By clicking here, I understand I am required to review and comply with all building policies of the UC Davis School of Law, UC Davis and University of California related to my event, including but not limited to Law School Building Policies and University Policy PPM 270-20.
By clicking here, I understand that all events at King Hall must have a designated sponsor that is a current faculty member, staff member or student in a leadership position related to the event.  The Designated Sponsor is the contact person for the event, must attend the event and is responsible for promoting compliance with building policies.
By clicking here, I understand that my organization may be charged custodial and associated costs (e.g. fixing/replacing damaged items). Trash must be taken out of any room used at the end of the event and placed in the outside trash bin (behind the library) or a $100 fee will be charged.
