Aaron Borden '04 Elected to Partnership at Bingham

Aaron Borden '04 has been elected as a partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP. Borden is a member of the Transactional Finance Group in the firm's New York office. He advises banks, insurance companies, mezzanine funds and other commercial lenders, as well as borrowers, in a variety of debt and equity financing transactions. He has also been involved in several complex financial restructurings, workouts and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Bingham, Borden served as a judicial extern to both the Honorable Marilyn Morgan of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California and the Honorable Joyce Kennard, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of California.
