Olga Bykov '17 Honored in ABA Writing Competition

An article by Olga Bykov '17 has been judged an Honorable Mention entry in the James Boskey ADR Writing Competition sponsored by the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution.  The essay, "Escaping Arbitrability: Challenging Delegation Clauses Based on Cost, Choice of Law and Arbitrator's Self-Interest," will be published on the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution website.
