Professor Frank Talks to KPCC About State Water Rights System
On March 7, Professor of Environmental Practice Rick Frank was interviewed on National Public Radio’s Los Angeles affiliate, KPCC. Frank answered a series of questions regarding California’s water rights system and the perceived need to modify and update that system in light of both climate change and environmental justice concerns.
