Professor Joslin Presents at University of Chicago
On April 27, Professor Courtney Joslin and Yale Law Professor Douglas NeJaime presented their article “How Parenthood Functions” (forthcoming, Columbia Law Review) at the University of Chicago as part of the Workshop on the Regulation of Family, Sex, and Gender.
Minnesota Law Professor June Carbone was the commentator for the article.
Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
