Stephen Fischer '94 Appointed as Oxnard City Attorney

Stephen Fischer '94 has been appointed by the Oxnard City Council to serve a three-year term as City Attorney.  Fischer, who has 22 years of experience representing public agencies, had worked as Oxnard's interim city attorney since July 2013. His appointment drew coverage in the Ventura County Star.
