Professor Joh speaks about regulating AI
Professor Elizabeth Joh spoke in the session “Regulating AI – Is privacy the right frame?” as part of the Electronic Privacy Information Center’s (EPIC) Dec. 10 member symposium on "AI, Privacy and Race."
Joh is on EPIC’s advisory board.
Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal procedure and policing, with a special emphasis on DNA evidence, undercover policing, and new surveillance technologies. She is the recipient of King Hall’s 2017 Distinguished Teaching Award.
