Professor Peter Lee Presents Paper at the University of San Diego
Professor Lee recently presented a paper at PatCon 8, a patent scholarship conference at the University of San Diego. Professor Lee presented a work-in-progress called “Concentration Drivers in IP-Intensive Industries,” which examines economic and strategic forces driving consolidation in the pharmaceutical, agricultural biotechnology, software, film production and distribution, music recording, and book publishing industries.
Peter Lee teaches and writes in the areas of innovation, intellectual property, and technology transfer. Professor Lee's scholarly work addresses the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress, university-industry technology transfer, and the structural determinants of innovative industries.
