Professor Shanske Talks to NJ.com About New Jersey Corporate Tax Bill

Professor Darien Shanske spoke to NJ.com for a June 11 story on a New Jersey bill revising the state’s corporate tax code. The bill appeared to favor big businesses over small ones, Shanske found.

The bill was signed into law in July.

Darien Shanske is a professor of law at UC Davis. His academic interests include taxation, particularly state and local taxation, local government law, public finance, and political theory, particularly jurisprudence.
