Professor Aldana Appears on 'Beyond Borders' Podcast

Professor Raquel Aldana appeared on Beyond Borders: The Immigration Evaluation Podcast to talk about “Credibility, Trauma Science, and What the Law Really Needs from Mental Health Professionals.” Aldana is an expert on the intersection of immigration law, trauma science, and credibility adjudication. The podcast highlighted research she and her co-authors recently published in the American Journal of Science and Medicine.

Professor Patel Presents at Cambridge-USC Workshop

On March 5, Professor Menesh Patel presented his paper, “Shared Authority, Inadequate Enforcement: Antitrust Oversight of Wholesale Electricity Mergers,” at the Cambridge-USC Antitrust Workshop.

Professor Menesh Patel’s primary research interests include antitrust, corporate law, securities regulation, and capital markets. He is the recipient of UC Davis Law’s 2025 Distinguished Teaching Award.
